• The pre-order will begin Sat, 1/18 at 11 AM (EST)
• The pre-order will close once order volume reaches capacity (the amount of wax that I can make within my stated TAT)
• CAPACITY IS TYPICALLY REACHED WITHIN THE FIRST 1-2 HOURS, and occasionally longer. It varies with each pre-order and depends on the volume and size of incoming orders. If you want to be assured of an order, it is recommended to place your order within the first hour. I will attempt to post a warning prior to closing the pre-order if time allows.
• This will be an UNLIMITED PRE-ORDER meaning that nothing will run out of stock. You may order as little, or as much as you want (while the pre-order remains open)
• There are no limitations on quantity, as everything will be poured fresh after the pre-order closes
• You may choose your scents in the shapes that you want them poured in
• TAT is 8 weeks (excluding weekend of pre-order). Orders will ship on or before 3/17/25
• The SCENT LIST is in progress and will include approximately 80-85 different scents to choose from. Be sure to check out the Scent Request thread (saved in the Featured section of group) to add your requests and/or new house blend creation ideas.
• Each shape offered will include a drop-down menu consisting of the entire pre-order scent list, so you may pick and choose the shapes you want your scents poured in. The small and large custom loaves will include 2 and 3 drop-down menus respectively.

SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders regardless of order size. Orders will typically ship via USPS (includes tracking) by either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and occasionally via UPS, whichever shipping method is the most economical. The shipping provider and method will be at our discretion. 

Tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout once your order is packed and ready to go.

Shipping times are in accordance with the shipping provider, and the expected delivery date provided by the shipping provider is not guaranteed.

If you are local (Beavercreek, OH) and wish to make arrangements for porch pick up, please use the code LOCAL PICKUP to bypass shipping charges during the checkout process.

COMBINING ORDERS

We will automatically combine multiple orders for you, as long as the order name and address matches exactly. We do not have a combined order code, therefore you will need to pay shipping costs for each subsequent order up front, however we will refund the shipping costs for those additional orders after your package(s) is packed up and shipped.
