FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders regardless of order size. Orders will typically ship via USPS (includes tracking) by either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and occasionally via UPS, whichever shipping method is the most economical. The shipping provider and method will be at our discretion. 

Tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout once your order is packed and ready to go.

Shipping times are in accordance with the shipping provider, and the expected delivery date provided by the shipping provider is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during the checkout process, as that is the address that your package will be shipped to. Please double check the information for accuracy prior to checking out. 

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible once your package is accepted by the post office or mail carrier, and we have no control over how it is handled beyond that point. This includes packages that may be delayed, lost, stolen, marked as delivered (but not received) and/or damaged in transit. We will do our best to assist you in resolving issues.

We currently only ship to US mailing addresses.

COMBINING ORDERS

We will automatically combine multiple orders for you, as long as the order name and address matches exactly. We do not have a combined order code, therefore you will need to pay shipping costs for each subsequent order up front, however we will refund the shipping costs for those additional orders after your package(s) is packed up and shipped.

If you are local (Beavercreek, OH) and wish to make arrangements for porch pick up, please use the code LOCAL PICKUP to bypass shipping charges during the checkout process.
